Rhulani Baloyi, an award-winning journalist and TV host for the South African Broadcasting Company (SABC), realized that she was partially sighted as a toddler earlier than going fully blind as a young person.
The 2011 Census Information estimates that there are 7.5% of South Africans with disabilities. 11% of the inhabitants admit to having gentle or extreme visible impairment.
As South Africa approaches the tip of Nationwide Incapacity Rights Consciousness Month, Baloyi displays on her incapacity, private achievements, aspirations and challenges with SABC Digital Information producer, Lebo Tshangela on this bi-weekly function, Thrive.
